1. Mix the fish mixture repeatedly Wash several times. (There is no need to separate the fish roe and fish soaking. We bought too much at one time, so we separated them.)

3. Pour the prepared materials into oil, add the Pixian bean paste to the cold oil, and stir-fry the red oil. (If the oil is hot, it may burn)
4. Then add onions, ginger, dried chilies, and stir-fry evenly.
5. After pouring in the fish offal, add cooking wine, which tastes very fresh, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and salt and stir-fry evenly. (If you like spicy food, add millet spicy food, but we didn’t because it hurt our stomach). Add water to cover the fish debris (if you feel the soup is thin, you can add a small amount of water starch). Stew for about 10 minutes and it will be done.
6. Place the onion on the bottom of the basin and pour the cooked fish offal into the basin. (If it doesn’t taste good, you can soak it for a while before eating. We put it on the alcohol stove, so it will taste good after a while)
7. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and finish
