Method of frying meat with beans
Material:? Beans, pork, onions, ginger, garlic, dried peppers?
1. Wash the beans, remove the head and tail, and cut the middle into diamond-shaped sections.
2. After cutting the beans, boil the water in the pot, add some salt and oil, and pour the beans into the water.
3. Wash the onion and cut it diagonally, chop the ginger, peel and slice the garlic, and chop the dried pepper.
4. Wash the pork, cut into pieces, add a little salt, mix well with corn starch, and fry in the oil pan.
5. After the meat changes color on both sides, push it to the side of the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, then stir fry together, and add a little soy sauce to stir fry evenly.
6. Pour in water-controlled beans and stir fry together. Add salt and a little sugar to taste.
7. Stir-fry evenly, and then serve.
