Braised yellow croaker is similar to our usual braised fish. Firstly, viscera of the abdomen of the yellow croaker is removed, and gills are removed cleanly; Cut into 5cm square pieces, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil to 180℃, oil the fish and fry it outside; Heat oil at the bottom of the pot, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add fresh soup and all seasonings, add fish pieces and simmer for 15 minutes, sprinkle with coriander segments and add sesame oil.
