At the beginning of school, students' meal time is unstable, and our turnover will soar to more than 3,000 yuan. However, at this time, only lunch time is a peak, and the weather is sunny, students will not order takeout, and our take-out volume will not go up. At present, the daily turnover of around 1800 is normal.
turning point
In fact, business was very bad at first. When it first opened, there were three stores there, and all the other stores were empty. Because the rent was too expensive, it was100000 yuan a year, and the restaurant next door earned two or three hundred yuan a day. Because the business of other stores is not so good all the time, they open, close and open again. Furthermore, school business is actually very difficult to do. First of all, the meal time is highly concentrated, and sometimes people come in at once 100, which is difficult to deal with unless you have highly skilled operators. Customers can't eat well once or twice, and they may never come again. Most students will give the opportunity to those old shops, because they are very skilled and will not have any problems. Then we had two turning points:
One is the price adjustment of the head office-several products with six dollars have been added. There are more obvious customer groups, because students are very sensitive to price. Some students' psychological price is five yuan, and they don't try products with six yuan. If some students' psychological price is six yuan, it is difficult for them to try products with seven yuan.
Another turning point is that we have opened a large supermarket there, where students basically buy their daily necessities, and going to the supermarket is the only way. Those students who go shopping in the supermarket are our potential customers.
Take-out with good quality and quantity

At the beginning, our takeout was also very few, which was a process of gradual accumulation. At first, students thought it was hot to eat wonton on rainy days, so they came to eat it with an umbrella. When they came to our store, they suddenly found that Ruyi could deliver takeout food, and they would say, "Boss, bring us a list." Because students are generally lazy, they don't like to come out when it is windy and rainy. Our Taihu College store attaches great importance to this aspect, and will answer the phone whenever it is available, and try our best to send it to them as quickly as possible, with good quality and quantity.
And the restaurant next door to us is basically empty when it rains, because students don't come out on rainy days, and there are our take-away channels. So now, after two or three years of accumulation, our takeout has basically reached saturation.
Advantages of hourly workers
One disadvantage of college is that it has winter and summer vacations, and we only do it for eight months at most every year. The advantage is that we can invite students to be part-time workers, which saves a lot of money. According to our current busyness, at least 5-6 people will be hired at noon. If there is no hourly work, we will have to hire 4 more people, and we will have to pay 7,000-8,000 people a month for meals. It is very convenient to have hourly workers. I will let them come over at the busiest time at noon, which is not needed at ordinary times.
Increase business hours
Other stores close at 8: 30 every night, but I will do it at 9: 30. Because from 8: 30 to 9: 30, sometimes a group of people (seven or eight people) will come up, and I will easily sell more than 100 yuan. What is the net profit of 100 yuan?
