Generally, it is solid-state fermentation, and the quality of Daqu liquor is good. Most famous wines, such as LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD and Platinum, are made from Daqu. The brewing of Qu liquor can be divided into two methods: slag removal and slag continuation. Fen-flavor liquor (Fen-flavor liquor) is mostly produced by slag removal, while Luzhou-flavor liquor and Maoxiang liquor are produced by continuous slag.

2. Qinhuai Daqu Liquor
Quanxing brand Quanxing Daqu liquor is a product of Quanxing Distillery in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. 1959 was rated as Sichuan famous wine; 1958, 1988 won the title of quality products and gold cup award of the Ministry of Commerce, 1963, 1984, 1988 won the title of national famous wine gold medal of the second, fourth and fifth national wine tasting, 1988.

Zisha Daqu of LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD Co., Ltd. is the fist product of LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD Co., Ltd., and its predecessor was 19 15, the "300-year-old cellar Daqu" which won the gold medal in Panama World Expo. It is an outstanding representative of Daqu, a handed down wine-making technology. It was rated as one of the "four famous brands" in China at the first national wine tasting on 1952, and was identified as a typical representative of Luzhou-flavor liquor.
