Practice steps:
Step 1: Soak the dry powder of cold noodles in cold water. If there is no dry powder, fresh noodles can be used instead.
Step 2: Put the soaked dry powder into the pot, and take it out after cooking thoroughly.
Step 3: Take out the cooked dry powder, put it in cold water and let it cool.
Step 4: Then cut shredded cucumber, shredded Korean spicy cabbage and sliced tomato.
Step 5: Put the salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and pear juice (pear juice) into the bowl in advance, and then rinse it with cold water to see if it tastes sweet, sour and salty. Then put the soup in the refrigerator or add ice cubes to cool the juice. The taste of this cold noodle is cold, sweet and sour.
Step 6: Put the cold noodles with water into the juice, and then divide them into edible bowls.
Step 8: Add shredded cucumber, sliced tomato, shredded spicy cabbage, dried Chili powder, cooked sesame seeds and boiled eggs, and a bowl of cold noodles is ready.
