A clean rag will do. According to a search of your personal library, to clean the ice cream maker, pour water containing sanitizer and washing up liquid into the ice cream maker, wipe the storage tank with a rag, and press the button marked "Clean" on the front operating panel of the ice cream maker. After turning on the mixer system for about 1 minute, remove the sanitizer or washing-up liquid, and then pour in water to clean the machine several times. Drain the water without odor, and finally wipe the ice cream maker's reservoir with a dry cloth.
