30 grams of rice, 50 grams of glutinous rice, 30 grams of dried scallops, 20 grams of razor clams, 50 grams of corn kernels, 20 grams of cabbage, 15 grams of green onions, 15 grams of oil, 600-800 grams of water, 1 garlic clove, cut into small pieces, and salt to taste
Dried scallops, razor clams, porridge ? About 8 minutes left, add the chopped cabbage from the lid of the measuring cup and continue cooking; add the green garlic and green onion and salt to taste in the last 2 minutes. (If you don't have garlic, leave it out or add cilantro; it's fine if you leave it out!
Note: If it is leafy greens, put it in the last 2-3 minutes or so
The amount of water is based on your own decision, if you like to thin it out a little bit, add 800 grams, don't want to thin it out too much add 600 grams or so
