Prepare ingredients. Cabbage, washed and shredded for use.
After the eggs are broken up, pour in the well-mixed simple broth "Tiaoting and Lou (bonito) 1 tablespoons+2 tablespoons of water" and a little salt, and beat the egg mixture with an egg beater until it feels a little frothy.
