Ingredients
Half package of yuba
Use 1 small bowl of leftover brine
Method
1. For the brine paste, add the same amount of water and bring to a boil.
2. Rinse the yuba with water, add it to the marinade, and cook for about 20 minutes.
Tips
1. For yuba, choose hard long strips that cannot be boiled. . It is different from the yuba used to make sweet soup.
2. The yuba should be kept in a long strip, about 4-5 inches long. If it is too short, it will easily break into pieces and become rotten.
