The method is as follows:
1. Cut the pork head into cubes, Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and chicken powder, mix well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
2. Wash the taro, peel it, cut it into pieces, and soak the cut pieces in water.
3. Chop the chives, slice the ginger, and flatten the garlic.

5. Put the prepared pork head into the pot.
6. Add satay sauce to the pot.
