Main ingredient: 20g black beans, 20g black rice, 20g millet, black sesame seeds 5g;
Accessories: water, 2 walnuts, 10g yam, 10g goji berries

The black beans and black rice will be washed and soaked in water for half an hour.

Prepare millet, black sesame seeds, walnuts, wolfberries and yam.

Boil the black beans and black rice in an electric pressure cooker first.

Then pour the boiled black beans and black rice into a regular pot.

Add the rinsed millet, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
