Langhe tea factory
Fohai tea factory
Fuhai tea factory
Whether its predecessor was a rough factory of Menghai Tea Factory remains to be investigated, because there was no factory name in the past state-run period, or it can be generally called the acquisition of Qingmao Tea Station. In 1985, it was identified by the Wang family in Hunan Province, which coincided with the domestic 85 Spark Plan. The factory was named Spark Tea Factory, and later the Wang family built its own tea factory in the suburbs of Menghai County, named Langhe Tea Factory. The Spark Tea Factory was identified by the current person in charge, Mr. Yang Xinyuan. Later, due to complaints from Menghai Tea Factory, it was forced to change to the so-called Fuhai Tea Factory. The tea products made in the early years are still circulating in the market and printed as Menghai Fohai Tea Factory. At present, the products are printed as Menghai Fuhai Tea Factory, and some tea products are processed on behalf of customers. If so, the name of the factory is not printed. (Personally, Fuhai's cooked tea is good.)
Changtai Tea Co., Ltd.-Yichang Tea in 1999
Liming Tea Factory, located in Mengzhe Town, Menghai County, has been producing Pu 'er tea since 200 1 year, and the brand "Bajiaoting" Pu 'er tea produced by it has gained popularity in the market, which is more and more favored by consumers. The demand for products exceeds the supply. Only Pu 'er tea is expected to exceed 1000 tons this year.

Nanjian tea factory: an old-fashioned powerhouse, new clothes in battle
Nanjian Tea Factory is an old tea factory. After a series of reforms, it re-entered the battle of Pu 'er, registered the trademark of "Gude" and resumed the production of "Fenghuang Tuocha".
Its packaging is exquisite, and the quality of tea is not weak. In addition to inheriting the taste of traditional Fenghuang Tuo tea, its aroma is special, which can especially arouse people's deep memory.
It is worth mentioning that the aroma and taste of "Fenghuang Tuocha" in this factory are similar to those of "Jinsituo Tea" in Xiaguan factory, and the characteristics of Yunnan Pu 'er tea production area can be seen.
Mengku Rongshi Tea Factory: Right time and right place, dominating one side.
Mengku area is the place with the widest wild tea tree resources in Yunnan. The wild tea tree in its big snow mountain has a unique aroma, and there are many cultivated ancient tea tree resources in Iceland Mountain on the other half slope, which is a rare advantage.
Mengku Rongshi Tea Factory has pioneered the "wild wild tea" since it launched the "Daxueshan" series of wild tea. This year, it launched the "mother tree tea" with the cultivated ancient trees in Iceland Mountain as raw materials, which has a thick and unique taste.
Mengku Rong's tea is constantly cultivating the market all over the country, especially in Xi 'an.
Lancang tea factory: pushing ancient tea, seeing big in small.
The tea of Lancang ancient tea is famous for its small size, and most of its products are "small cakes" or "small bricks". However, the small brick cakes do not mean that the strength of the tea factory is small. Its products are mainly "Jingmai tea" which has been sizzled by the market, and "ancient tea" from various hills has been introduced one after another, and it has been obsessed with the development of "ancient tea". It can be seen that its goal is clear.
The tea of Lancang ancient tea, with its high aroma and heavy tea quality, conforms to the aesthetic tendency of a large number of tea drinkers and has won a large number of loyal consumers.
Six Tea Plants in Chashan: Creating Image and Promoting Culture
Since the resignation of Menghai Factory, Director Ruan Dianrong started "Six Chashan Tea Factories" and devoted himself to the promotion of tea culture, which played a very important role in the promotion of Yunnan Pu 'er tea. He made "the world's largest Pu 'er tea cake" and sponsored the "caravan tea ceremony, Ruigong capital", which was widely praised by the society.
Director Ruan's company has strict classification of departments and strict division of powers, which shows that its company system management is scientific, its emphasis on brand image and the launch of a series of tea products have won a large number of customers.
Longsheng tea factory: a big raw material, steadily winning.
Longsheng Group owns the largest independent tea garden in the whole province and even in the whole country. The extensive establishment of the preliminary system makes it possible for each tea garden to get the preliminary system in the first time, which provides a relatively stable resource for the production of sun-dried green tea, so that it is easy to achieve "stable quality". On this basis, Longsheng took the lead in winning the first "organic tea" certification in China, by going up one flight of stairs.
Longsheng Group has a great reputation in the whole country, which has laid a good customer base for it. Therefore, the joining of dealers from all over the country has further expanded Longsheng's strength, and Longsheng's technology has been continuously improved. As a big manufacturer of traditional green tea and black tea raw materials, the upstart and Longsheng strength of Pu 'er tea cannot be underestimated.
Gulf tea factory: cooked tea opens the way and is bold.
At present, Gulf Tea Factory has the largest area of cooked tea workshop (total), and the cooked tea has steadily increased since its establishment. According to Vice President Zou Xiaolan, it has reached the scale of "annual output of nearly 2,000 tons" (the data has not been verified), and its market sales at home and abroad are basically the same, and there will be greater output next year.
Gulf Tea Factory was founded by Zou Shouliang, the former director of Menghai Tea Factory. The fermentation technology of its cooked tea and Zou Lao's "celebrity effect" contributed to the sales volume and stable customer base of Jiaoda today, and it is really the first competitor of Menghai Tea Factory's cooked tea.
Changtai Group: Widespread raw materials and strong expansion.
The rise of Changtai is accompanied by the concept of "wild tea". Now Changtai not only invests more manpower to collect tea in major tea areas, but also keeps expanding its scale. According to Chen Dong, they bought a factory with a length of 200 meters and an area of more than 4,000 square meters in Menghai this year, which will become the largest fermentation workshop in Yunnan at present.
Changtai's acquisition of tea green in major producing areas even affects the fluctuation of tea green price, which shows that its strength in raw materials can not be underestimated, and its breadth of raw materials is indeed ahead.
Xiaguan Tea Factory: Stabilizing Output, Carrying Forward New Ideas
According to the manufacturer of Xiaguan, Xiaguan's annual output of 6,000 tons (this data has not been strictly investigated) is the first in Yunnan. While maintaining the good quality and production and sales volume of classic varieties, such as "Xiaofatuo" and "86x3" series, this year, it launched "Jinsituo" strongly. This tea has a good selection of materials and continues to carry forward "Tuocha" on the basis of inheriting the iconic taste.
In terms of sales, the prices of retail outlets around Shimonoseki have maintained a steady upward trend, which shows that Shimonoseki's strength is not weak.
Menghai Tea Factory: strategically located and technologically advanced.
While the major tea factories are busy expanding and collecting raw materials, when the new Menghai Tea Factory took over, it closed its doors to improve its internal strength and returned to the rivers and lakes, its production technology has been in full swing.
Common sense of identifying Pu 'er tea.
How to distinguish dry storage Pu 'er from wet storage Pu 'er?
Dry-storage Pu 'er and wet-storage Pu 'er can sometimes be seen from the surface of tea, but some of them were once stored in wet storage, and later changed to dry storage, which are often identified from the bottom of brewed leaves. Pu 'er tea in wet storage has gone through "mildew", which has a great influence on the authenticity of Pu 'er tea. Often, cooked tea and wet warehouse tea have very similar distorted tastes. There is also a mild, short-term wet warehouse Pu 'er, which can be restored to the characteristics of dry warehouse after 35-50 brewing. With the current level of science and technology, it is not too difficult to control the environment of dry warehouse. Only with good dry warehouse can the most natural and beautiful aged Pu 'er tea be stored.
How to taste fresh Pu 'er?
To taste fresh Pu 'er tea, we must first be able to distinguish between raw tea and cooked tea. The distinction between raw and cooked Pu 'er tea can be found from aroma, soup color and leaf bottom.
1. Distinguish from the aroma
Because Pu 'er cooked tea is fermented, it will produce a cooked taste. Generally, there are only dry-stored cooked tea within ten years (according to the traditional saying, the tea that has not been mildewed is dry-stored tea), which can smell a cooked tea smell from the surface of the tea. In about ten to twenty years, the surface ripe tea smell has disappeared, so you can feel the ripe taste from the tea soup. In 1973, the first batch of cooked brick tea, which was made from the material of tight tea, was called [73 thick bo tea]. It has been more than 20 years since then. No matter from the tea or tea soup, there is no cooked taste, but there is a [agarwood]. Aquilaria sinensis is the best aroma of cooked tea, which is transformed from cooked taste through long-term dry aging. Cooked tea taste, cooked taste and agarwood are one of the most direct and effective methods to distinguish raw tea from cooked tea.
2. Distinguish from the color of soup
The raw Pu 'er tea soup in dry warehouse is chestnut red, which is close to the color of heavy fire oolong tea soup. Even the old raw tea, such as Longma brand Tongqing old Pu 'er tea with a history of 80 or 90 years, is only slightly darker than the tea soup of 50-year-old red-printed Pu 'er round tea. The color of the cooked tea soup is dark chestnut, even close to black. Therefore, in the modern classification of tea, Pu 'er tea is classified as black tea because of the soup color of Pu 'er cooked tea.
3. Distinguish from the leaf bottom
The bottom of raw Pu 'er tea in dry storage is chestnut to dark chestnut, which is very similar to the color of the bottom of Oriental Beauty tea in Taiwan Province. The leaves are full and soft, full of freshness. A bubble of the leaves of Tongqing old Pu 'er tea can show the fresh vitality of a hundred years ago. Most of the leaves of Pu 'er ripe tea are dark chestnut or black, and the leaves are thin and hard. If it is heavily fermented, it will be obviously carbonized, like being roasted in the hot sun, and some older leaves will be broken in the water for a long time. However, if some ripe teas are not piled for a long time, the degree of fermentation is not heavy, and the bottom of leaves will be very close to the bottom of raw tea. On the other hand, some raw teas, such as tea seeds, can't be dried immediately after being twisted, which will delay for a long time, and the bottom of leaves will also be dark brown, and the soup color will be lighter and darker, just like being cooked by mild fermentation.
