How to make pan-fried potato pancakes
Saute garlic in hot oil, add all the vegetables,

1 tbsp oyster sauce, ? tbsp sugar, salt
Stir fry softly and then take out, roll out the wonton wrappers/dumpling wrappers thinly
put in the fillings and wrap it up
