2. Separate the abalone meat from the shell.

5. The remaining whole piece is the edible part.
6. Use a corner of scouring pad or steel wire ball to flush and scrub under the faucet, and scrape the black film around abalone. In this way, all of them are slaughtered and can be cooked.
