Ingredients
Two eels
Three Pleurotus ostreatus (big)
Two eggs
1g raw flour
a little salt
a little salad oil
a little ginger slices
How to make baby eel soup
Wash eels, put water in the pot, and then.
Take out the eel, remove the bones, and cook the eel soup for stock.
chop the eel, add the stock of the freshly cooked fish, and set aside.
Remove the ginger slices from the stock in the pot, add some boiling water, add a little salad oil, bring to a boil, add the minced eel and stir.
take a proper amount of raw flour, melt it in cold water and stir it evenly, then pour it into the pot, and stir it with a spoon while pouring it, so as not to agglomerate the raw flour.
Take the egg white from the egg separator, drop a little lemon juice or cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, stir it evenly, then pour it into the pot, and stir it with a spoon while pouring it.
finally, add a little salt and stir the pan. You can also add a little chopped green onion and coriander. Mine is for the baby, so I didn't put it.
