Roasted pork with cowpeas
Ingredients: 300 grams of pork ribs (pork belly)

Preparation method
1. Tear off the old tendons of the cowpeas , cut into 3.5 cm long sections;
2. Scrape and clean the pork and cut into 3 cm square pieces;
3. Put the pot on the fire, pour in the vegetable oil and heat until Heat 50%, add garlic cloves and fry until golden brown, take it out, add meat cubes and stir-fry to remove the oil, then add cooking wine, green onion slices, ginger slices, sweet noodle sauce, refined salt and a little boiling water;
4. After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat until cooked, then add cowpeas, garlic, and sugar and cook until the meat is cooked and the beans are cooked, use high heat to reduce the juice, and serve on a plate.
