Pizza
Ingredients:
Materials for pizza base: 200g flour, 1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt, 1 teaspoon (5g) sugar, 1 tablespoon (15g) butter, 1 teaspoon (5g) dry yeast, 100ml milk.
Fillings: 3 tablespoons (45ml) of Thousand Island dressing, 100g cheese, 1/2 of a red pepper 2 tablespoons (30g) of sweet corn, 1 tablespoon (15g) of peas, 50g of fresh shrimp, 30g of crab stick, 2g of black pepper, a little oil.
Method:
Add 40ml of water to the milk, heat it to 40 degrees Celsius, add the dry yeast, stir well and leave it to stand for 10 minutes. Mix the flour, salt and sugar, add the yeast water, knead the dough, add the butter and continue to knead until the dough is smooth, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 2 hours, then roll out to the desired crust.
Pick the shrimp from their backs and remove the intestines, wash the shells. Wash the crab rods and cut them into slices on the diagonal. Wash the red pepper and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into thin shreds.
Roll out the molten dough into a 1.5-cm-thick cake, grease the bottom of a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil, place the rolled-out cake on the baking sheet, and then poke some holes in it with a fork. Spread an even layer of Thousand Island dressing over the pastry, sprinkle with a little cheese, then sprinkle with shrimp, crabstick slices, sweet corn, peas, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, and finish with an even layer of shredded cheese.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the baking dish in the middle of the oven and bake over top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
