Exercise:
1. Cut Chinese cabbage, slice beef, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, starch and oil to taste, and mince millet pepper, ginger and garlic.
2. Boil the water in the pot, blanch the cabbage for about a minute, and take it out, for fear of frying a lot of water directly.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add millet, pepper, ginger and garlic to saute until fragrant, add beef to disperse quickly, add soy sauce to stir fry until discolored, add cabbage to stir fry evenly, and add salt and chicken essence to taste.
