3. Add 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Taste to see if you need to add more sugar or lemon juice. Set aside to cool.
4. Beat 900 grams of strawberries into strawberry pulp. Use a fine sieve to remove strawberry pulp. Use the back of a wooden spoon to press down the strawberry pulp.
5. Add strawberry pulp after the black tea has cooled. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into tea tin.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or more, until completely cool.
