Tools/Materials: 6 green shrimps and 2 cucumbers.
Onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, allspice powder, starch, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce and oil.
Peel the shrimps, wash them with clear water, control the moisture, and cut them into sections with a knife. Add a little salt, cooking wine and starch, grab them evenly by hand and marinate for 15 minutes.
Wash the cucumber, control the moisture, and cut into diamond-shaped pieces. Cut the onion and ginger into sections.
Put a spoonful of starch in the bowl, add water and hook it into juice.
Stir-fry the shrimps in a pan until they turn red, and set aside.
Add hot oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add the onion and ginger and stir fry. Add cucumber slices and stir fry.
Add spiced powder, a little sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce and salt. Stir-fry the cucumber slices until they are raw, and add the fried shrimps.
Stir-fry the shrimps a little, add the prepared sauce, add monosodium glutamate when the sauce is sticky, turn off the heat and take out the spoon.
