Write XX for exclusive use on the copy of ID card, with the content as detailed as possible, and don't cover the ID number and name;
Some strokes should cross or touch the words on the ID card;
Generally write three lines, with a horizontal line after each line to avoid theft;
Mark the endorsement with a blue ballpoint pen or signature pen.

Article 121 A complaint shall contain the following items:
(1) The name, sex, age, nationality, occupation, work unit, domicile and contact information of the plaintiff, the name and domicile of the legal person or other organization, and the name, position and contact information of the legal representative or principal responsible person;
(2) Information such as the name, gender, work unit and domicile of the defendant, and information such as the name and domicile of the legal person or other organization;
(3) the request and the facts and reasons on which it is based;
(4) Evidence and its sources, names and residences of witnesses.
Article 157 The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the trial of simple civil cases with clear facts, clear rights and obligations and less disputes by the basic people's courts and the courts dispatched by them. The basic people's courts and the courts dispatched by them may try civil cases other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, and the parties may also agree to apply summary procedures.
Article 158 In a simple civil case, the plaintiff may bring a suit orally. Both parties may at the same time request the grassroots people's court or the court dispatched by it to resolve the dispute. The basic people's court or the court dispatched by it may hold a hearing immediately or hold another hearing.
