Ingredients:
Small amount of blueberries
Yam 100g
Flour 100g
Yeast 2g
Egg yolks two
Steps:
1.Peel the yam on the pot and steam, press the puree while it is still hot!
2. Yam cooled to below 30 degrees, add flour, egg yolks, yeast, mix to form flocculent, knead dough!
3. Divide into equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 25-30 minutes!
4. Press one blueberry on top of each fermented ball!
5. Put into the preheated oven, upper and lower heat 180 degrees bake 20 minutes (oven temperature can be adjusted down a little)
