First, wash the dried string beans and soak them in boiling water for about two hours.

Slice the soaked dried string beans into small pieces, and chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Wash and shred the fresh fungus.

Cut the pork into as small pieces of shredded as possible as well.

Put peanut oil in a wok, add onion, garlic and ginger together and sauté.

Put in the chopped fungus and saute, then put the dried bean curd in and saute well.

Put in the chopped shredded pork. Soy sauce, salt, and then add the right amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about 6 minutes.
