1. Wash ginger and dry it.
2. Put the dried cinnamon sauce into a large glass bottle that is washed and dried without any moisture (I bought this one with 10 liter), and pour the newly bought soy sauce into the glass bottle until there is no smell of cinnamon sauce.
3. Cover and seal. After curing for more than 20 days, you can open the lid.
4. Take Guizijiang out with clean chopsticks, just take 2 ~ 3 pieces at a time, and continue to cover it to reduce pollution.
5. Cut Guizijiang into filaments, drop a few drops of sesame oil, mix well with clean chopsticks, and eat as much as you want to avoid pollution.
