Tools: a pan of hot water, oven, kneaded dough
1. Put a pan of hot water in the bottom of the oven. You can use a baking dish, put about half of the boiling water on the bottom, put it inside and don't move it until the fermentation is complete.
2. Preheat the oven at 180° for 2 or 3 minutes. Don't turn the oven on after preheating, just turn it off.
3. Then put a layer in the center in the kneaded dough. Cover the oven and wait for about 45 minutes.
4: Open the oven and take out the tray with water. Take out the dough again, it has fermented successfully, as shown in the picture.
