1. Colored peppers must be washed and dried. Never bring any moisture.
2. Put it into an oil-free and water-free glass container, and remember that there is no oil and water.
3. Put colorful pepper horses in a glass container with a layer of rock sugar on it.
4. Add soy sauce, not all colored peppers.
5. Keep it sealed for two months to make colorful pickled peppers more sweet and delicious.
