Making method of griddle chicken
Prepare ingredients: chicken, celery, dried chili, pepper, fermented soya beans, spiced powder, watercress, ginger, scallion, lard, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, white sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, brine and chafing dish.
