Black jujube, scientific name Diospyros Iotus Linn, belongs to persimmon, persimmon, alias soft jujube, milk jujube, wild persimmon, lilac jujube, round brain and so on. Widely distributed in northern China, it is mainly divided into two kinds: nucleated and seedless. The main varieties are black jujube with big core, milk jujube and grape jujube.
