How to make duck and dried bamboo shoots soup?
Wash the old duck (please ask the duck seller to cook it for you) and chop it into pieces of uniform size.
Soak dried bamboo shoots in warm water, remove and drain. Slice ginger.
The old duck is boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes to remove blood. Take it out, it's super cool.
