(3) taste. After the donkey meat is fried, there is basically no special taste when it smells, and the connective tissue is relatively transparent. If it is lean meat, the fiber is relatively loose after cooking. Horse meat and mule meat are thick in fiber, dark red and low in fat. When cooked, they have a sour taste.
