Measures for Recognizing and Protecting Famous Brand Products in Liaoning Province
Article 1 In order to strengthen the cultivation, protection and management of brand-name products, improve the quality of products and market competitiveness, according to the relevant provisions of the state, combined with the actual situation of the province, the formulation of these measures. Article 2 The Liaoning brand-name products referred to in these measures, refers to the physical quality of the product in the province in a leading position among similar products or to achieve the domestic and international advanced level of similar products, market share and popularity in the forefront of the same industry, high user satisfaction, and has a strong market competitiveness of the product. Article 3 Liaoning brand-name products recognized and protected by the application of these measures. Article 4 The provincial quality and technology supervision and administrative departments are responsible for the supervision and management of Liaoning brand-name products.

The Liaoning Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee is authorized to be responsible for the recognition of Liaoning famous brand products.

The Liaoning Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee consists of professionals and relevant experts from the administrative departments of quality and technology supervision, economic and trade, industry and commerce, science and technology, as well as industry organizations and news organizations, and its office is located in the administrative department of quality and technology supervision of the province. Article 5 To apply for the title of Liaoning brand-name products, shall have the following conditions:

(a) product producers in the administrative region of the province registered in accordance with the law;

Municipal quality and technical supervision of the administrative department shall be received within 15 days from the date of receipt of the materials specified in the preceding paragraph for preliminary examination.
