Preparation of ingredients
700g of ribs, 20g of soy sauce, ginger 1 slice, 5g of aniseed, 5g of brown sugar15g, and proper amount of water.
Step by step exercise
1. Put the bought spareribs into a pot, wash them with clear water, cut the green onions into sections, and slice the ginger for later use.
2. Put the water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the washed ribs in and cook them.
3. Then put water in the pressure cooker, add onion, ginger and aniseed, add soy sauce and brown sugar, stir well, and finally add the freshly cooked ribs.
4. Cover, ventilate, cook on high fire for15min, and finally turn to low fire for10min.
