Shaxian snack has no fried rice cake. Many of them are customary names outside, but they are actually fried ginkgo. The method is simple. Ginkgo is cut into thin strips, which is hard at first. Blanch with boiling water first, then rinse with cold water, and wait for the pot. Other steps are putting oil, mashed garlic, eggs or meat, ingredients (depending on what you like to eat), stir-frying, seasoning (salt, monosodium glutamate, oil consumption, chicken essence), ginkgo and stir-frying.
Shaxian snack Li fried noodles
When the noodles are eight ripe, take a cold shower and let them dry slightly. Heat a wok and stir-fry some vegetables and shredded pork. When cooked, add some soy sauce, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, pepper, sesame oil and cooking wine. Add noodles, stir-fry for a while, and pour some oil.
