Diet coordination:
● Breakfast: Daily breakfast (steamed stuffed bun, jiaozi, bread, steamed bread, rice and other staple foods, all kinds of side dishes are acceptable, but you should eat half the usual amount). You can drink 150ml of water after meals, such as porridge for breakfast, and don't drink any liquid!
