Practice Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients, including 125g light cream, 125g pure milk, 60g egg yolk mixture (about 2), 20g cocoa powder, 40g fine sugar.
2. Put the light cream, pure milk and cocoa powder into a saucepan.
3. Heat on low heat and stir well.

Tips:
1. Chocolate sauce can be cooled in a cold water bath or in a ventilated area. 2. Be sure to wait for the chocolate batter to cool before pouring in the egg yolk mixture so as not to burn the yolks. 3. Refrigerated pudding tastes better and is easier to invert.
