1. Bread can rise without yeast, and the mixed flour will ferment naturally. Because there are various fungi in the air, including yeast, the dough exposed to the air will ferment on its own when it comes into contact with the yeast in the air.
2. Pour all-purpose flour and baking powder into a bowl, add egg liquid, and mix evenly.
3. Add fresh milk and cream and stir until there is no oily feeling (it doesn’t matter if there is flour and it is not evenly mixed).
4. Knead the flour into a ball-shaped dough without dry flour, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
6. Remove the plastic wrap, take out the dough, sprinkle some flour to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, flatten the dough slightly, and cut it into eight even triangle-shaped pieces.
7. Take the dough inward from the vertex of the triangle, turn it over and roll it into a round shape and place it on the baking sheet.
8. Add a few drops of soy sauce to the egg liquid and beat it up, then brush the egg liquid evenly on the dough. Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for 13 to 20 minutes.
9. Take it out immediately after baking.
