Working Principle: It adopts PLC to control the servo motor, and at the same time, it utilizes the variable speed mechanism of our own design to control the roller and locate the length of the products to be processed.

Performance advantages: the machine adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC, Taiwan Wyland touch screen, machine stability, high precision. Adopt electromagnetic clutch to control the upper and lower cut-off knife, faster speed, save material, front edge material and less tail material. The front edge material is about 10mm, and the rear edge material is about 10mm. Tail material is about 10mm. Similar equipment on the market tail material is about 60-90mm, compared with similar equipment a day for the factory to save about 300-2000 yuan.
