Sushi dining style: It can be eaten as a snack or as a meal. As snacks, they are usually made into small and delicate shapes, such as the flakes and balls we often eat. For dinner, you can make it larger.
Prepare:
About 300 grams of cooked rice, 40 grams of raw meat floss, half a cucumber, 2 boiled salted egg yolks, 100 grams of cooked Arctic shrimp, 1 ham, 20 ml of white vinegar, 5 grams of fine sugar, 2 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of salad dressing, 2 pieces of sushi seaweed
(You can add other ingredients to this sushi according to your own preferences, such as avocado, drowned carrots, Tuna, salmon, egg skin, crab sticks, etc. )
Do this:
1. Prepare the ingredients needed to make sushi.
2. Prepare sushi vinegar first. Mix 20 ml of white vinegar, 5 g of fine sugar and 2 g of salt evenly. Or you can buy ready-made bottled sushi vinegar, which is more convenient to use. Pour the prepared sushi vinegar into the cooked warm rice and stir evenly to make the rice taste better. Note that it is best to use warm rice for sushi, which is sticky and easy to handle. If using leftover rice, it can be heated before operation.
3. Then prepare the ingredients for sushi, break the eggs into egg liquid, pour a little oil into the pot, pour in the egg liquid and fry the chicken skin, cut the fried chicken skin into strips and set aside. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips. Cut the carrots into thin strips, cook in water and set aside. After defrosting the Arctic fox naturally, rinse it with cold water. Peel the shrimp skin and set aside.
4. Take a sushi curtain, lay a piece of sushi seaweed on the curtain, put rice on the seaweed, leave 1/4 of the seaweed at the front without covering the rice to prevent it from being easily rolled, and then press the rice with a spoon flat.
5. Place the shredded pork and chicken skin on one end of the rice, and squeeze a little salad dressing.
6. Add cut cucumber strips, carrot strips and cooked shrimps.
7. Roll up the sushi curtain, roll it up from the end with the filling, grab it with your hands and release it.
8. The rolled sushi can be cut into slices with a knife and eaten. Dip each knife in cold water so it won't stick to the knife and the edge will look better.
