Water spinach is usually planted in spring, from April to July in the south and from June to August in the north. When planting, prepare some suitable soil and soak the seeds with warm water. After accelerating germination in the greenhouse, the seeds are sown in the soil when they turn white in a large area, and finally covered with a layer of soil.

Under normal circumstances, the south can choose to sow in April-July, and the temperature in the north is low, so it can be postponed to June-August. Water spinach is suitable for growing in an environment with sufficient sunlight and high humidity. As long as it is kept above 15℃, the seeds can germinate.
