Ingredients: 150 grams of Northeastern dried mushrooms, 765 grams of pork
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, 10 ml of white wine, 15 g of sweet noodle sauce, 20 ml of light soy sauce, 30 g of garlic , 20 grams of green onions, 3 grams of ginger, 4 grams of aniseed, and an appropriate amount of warm water
1. 150g of dried mushrooms and set aside.
2. Boil the water until a lot of mushrooms form on the bottom and walls of the pot. When the water is a little hot, turn off the heat and set aside.

13. Add the prepared sauce.
14. Stir-fry the meat evenly.
15. Add onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed and saute until fragrant.
16. Pour the soaked mushrooms into the pot , stir-fry for 2 minutes, add white wine, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
17. Add warm water to make it even with the ingredients, boil the pot and simmer for 30 minutes, turn off the heat.
18. Before stewing Add an appropriate amount of salt before cooking, stir-fry evenly, and the delicious stew is ready.
