Edible oil implementation standard:

3, leaching oil solvent residue (per gram or per kilogram) is less than or equal to 50.

Distinguish the quality of edible oil:

1, look at the color, generally speaking, the higher the refining degree, the lighter the oil color. Of course, all kinds of vegetable oils will have a unique color, and it is impossible and unnecessary to refine them to no color;

2, look at transparency, you have to choose clear and transparent oil, the higher the transparency, the better;

3. It smells tasteless. Take one or two drops of oil on your palm. No smell (spicy or irritating) can be smelled after hand friction heating. Don't buy it if it smells bad.

Legal basis: Article 67 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law.

There should be a label on the package in prepackaged foods. The label shall indicate the following contents:

Food inspection shall be carried out under the responsibility system of food inspection institutions and inspectors. The food inspection report shall be stamped with the official seal of the food inspection agency and signed or sealed by the inspectors. Food inspection agencies and inspectors are responsible for the food inspection reports issued.
