A handful of shredded white back fungus, 4 pickled peppers, 3 tablespoons of pickled pepper water, and an appropriate amount of garlic
Practice
1. Soak white back fungus in cold water until soft, and chop pickled peppers and set aside.
2. Boil water, blanch the soaked shredded fungus in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain.

Tips
