1. Wash the pork, soak it in water for 2 hours, drain and dry it, cut it into suitable size.
2. Mix soy sauce, barbecue sauce, honey and cooking wine in a bowl and stir well. Put the cut pork into the bowl and stir to coat with the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 400F/200 degrees F. Place the meat on a rack, brush the top with the marinade, and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn over, brush with the sauce again, and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
