A. water-oil crisp-flour 125g, water 50g, salad oil (or white oil or butter) 20g.
B. Dry cakes-80g flour and 40g salad oil (or white butter).
C stuffing-chopped flowers, chopped green onion, soy sauce, salt and salad oil.
Exercise:
1, a materials are all mixed, kneaded into dough, kneaded for a while, kneaded until the color inside is uniform, put aside, covered with a wet cloth and proofed for 20 minutes; Mix all materials B and knead into dough (Figure 1).
2. Put peanuts in the microwave oven and it will make a crackling sound. Take it out and let it cool, peel it, put it into a fresh-keeping bag (or plastic film, and the fresh-keeping bag should not be punctured), and crush it with a rolling pin. Add chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce and oil and mix well (Figure 2).
3. Roll the oil-water pastry into a cake, put the dry pastry on it and wrap it like a jiaozi (Figure 3- Figure 4).
4. Then roll it into a rectangle, fold it in half at one third of both ends, and do the same for three times (Figure 5).
5. Finally, roll it into a cylindrical strip and cut it into small pieces with a knife (Figure 6).
6. Then roll it into a round embryo and wrap it with stuffing to make it into your favorite shape. You can make it into a diamond shape like mine, or you can make it into a circle, just wrap the stuffing.
7, into the oven, 180℃, upper and lower fire, middle layer, baking 10 minutes, turn to 140℃, baking until the outside color turns yellow.
