Wash and blanch the ribs, remove and wash them, put them in a casserole, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and slow down. Simmer for thirty minutes to create bone broth.

Add various meatballs (whatever is available in the refrigerator), cook for 5 minutes and season with appropriate amount of salt and garlic oil.

Put in the kway teow and cook for one minute, turn off the heat and add the lettuce, take it out and eat.
