What I wrote was provided by several good brothers who are vegetarian. I basically supplemented my nutrition during pregnancy according to the method they gave me. I will indicate the source one by one.
I have a book about vegetarian babies, and I have tried to give birth to babies in the above way. My baby is eight months old. When I take it out, everyone will say: This child is really good-looking, and this child looks very happy (his eyebrows are bent, as if he were laughing). According to the survey data in 2006, the total number of disabled people in China is 82.96 million, accounting for 6.34% of the total population.
This is an amazing number, and we have to find the reason from the harmony between man and nature.
There is a record in the Sutra of the Plain Woman: "Lightning flashes and thunder storms, the sky is dark, the sun and the moon are dull, men and women choose their children sexually, have crazy children, are blind and deaf, or are uneasy, or are always happy, surprised, afraid, sad, worried and unhappy."
Anyone who asks for a child, it is best for both husband and wife to sign a contract and stop for half a year to cultivate the birth of the child. After a woman's menstruation (menstruation) is over, she will get pregnant. It's dangerous to have sex before it's over. You will stop menstruating and get sick. It must be a good day and night. It's sunny. Strong wind and heavy rain, thunder and lightning, need to be cut off urgently. According to the monthly order in the Book of Rites, thunder will ring on the third day of midsummer (February of the lunar calendar) and the first thunder (three days before the vernal equinox). Those who don't quit Rong Zhi will have a terrible disaster if they are not ready to have children. Therefore, it is reasonable to say that the phenomenon recorded in the Sutra of Plain Woman. There is still some time and space that is not suitable for mating and choosing children.
1, the first day, the seventh day, the eighth day, 15, 16, 22, 23, and the last day of each month in the lunar calendar (all calculated according to the lunar calendar), these days are the combination of heaven and earth, and sexual intercourse between men and women is harmful. If you choose a child in these days, your child may be born for various reasons in the future. It's best not to have sex around your birthday, parents' birthdays and anniversaries, Buddha's birthdays, under the lights and under the moon, when it's stormy, such as beginning of spring, Changxia, beginning of autumn, beginning of winter, the vernal equinox, the autumnal equinox, the summer solstice and the winter solstice, because the magnetic field between heaven and earth is either too strong or too weak at this time, so you must be careful.
2, thunder wind, heaven and earth are moved to yin and yang, blood surges, and children born in the future will always swell.
3, new drinking, full food, bad grain, full belly, white urine, children born in the future will be crazy.
4, just finished urinating, the meridians are impassable, and the children born in the future are gloomy. And does not tolerate defecation and sexual intercourse.
5, fatigue and heavy burden, restless ambition, muscle aches and low back pain, sexual intercourse and choice of children, children born in the future may die or be disabled. Women must lie on their backs during sexual intercourse.
Otherwise, it may cause the child to be dumb or the original fetus to get sick.
6, the new bath, the skin is not dry, shortness of breath, and the child born later is disabled.
7. After the rage, the meridians ache. If they don't get along, they will choose their own children, and the children born in the future will have internal injuries.
According to the health preserving sutra in May of the lunar calendar, the fifth, sixth, seventh, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, twenty-fifth, twenty-sixth and twenty-seventh days of May are nine poison days, with fourteen days left. Husband and wife are forbidden to share the same room for ten days, let alone have children. If you can change rooms all month, it will be good for your body and mind. In addition, if you are sick, you can't have sex and choose children, you can't have children too late at night, and you can't stay up late to avoid the above taboo days and precautions. After pregnancy, both husband and wife will have sex until the end of lactation, and the children born will be physically and mentally strong and have a long life.
The reasons are: one-time life after pregnancy, one-time fetal toxicity, one-time thick fetal membranes, and one-time production is difficult. If you are pregnant for a long time, it may lead to miscarriage and fetal injury. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid husband and wife sharing the same room during pregnancy and lactation. Breastfeeding in the same room is called slutty milk. Don't get angry during pregnancy. If the child is sick after birth, he can't keep the fetus when he is older. You can't be angry during lactation. Angry milk is poisonous. You can search online for Dr. Jiang Bensheng's water crystallization experiment. We are 70% water, so give the children angry milk.
It is equivalent to giving the child poisoned milk and feeding it after getting angry, and the child is likely to die. It happened in America.
During pregnancy, we should adopt a correct attitude in walking, living, sitting and lying. You don't speak ill words, your eyes don't see evil colors, your ears don't listen to lewd and evil words, and your heart has no evil thoughts. You should protect your prenatal education, do good deeds and accumulate virtue, try your best to describe strangers correctly, and you should have great wisdom.
Remember Guanyin Bodhisattva's plea to children
Embrace avalokitesvara, swear to honor the body, dharma all beings, and so on. If a good root is not planted, matured and picked, let it be planted, matured and picked. It should be said what the body looks like. Goodness is unintentional by the master, and the heart of all beings is the heart; Great men have no thoughts, but take the thoughts of all beings as their thoughts. Therefore, kindness has no chance, and so does sadness. Such as the bright moon printing thousands of rivers, if spring blossoms. Dust brakes everywhere, dust brakes everywhere. No desire is just, no desire is just.

Karma is very complicated. The Buddha divided these complicated karmic obstacles into four categories. It is often mentioned in the scriptures that gratitude, resentment, debt collection and repayment are brought together. Father and son, brothers and sisters, are always inseparable from this relationship. It is only because of eternal karma that they became a family. The proverb often says' enemies don't get together', which makes sense. But after waking up, your family became a legal household, and it was unparalleled. It's really miserable not to realize that this family is an exchange of grievances. After all, there are less gratitude, more complaints, less debt repayment and more debt collection. So people in the world are often unhappy in life, which is a fact that we have seen with our own eyes.
During pregnancy, it is best for both parents to read Tibetan scriptures at least three times a day and go back to their children's unjust relatives, creditors and ancestors to live in pure land. For children, the stage that is easy to change their fate is to try to help them get rid of the karma during pregnancy. He has been fixed since he was born, and it is difficult for him to do a lot of good deeds and let him practice freely. It is easier to change your destiny during pregnancy. Similarly, it is easier to change one's fate within 49 days after death. Therefore, it is suggested that both parents should read Tibetan scriptures to their children during pregnancy. After birth, you don't have to give it back to your child. (Sometimes it depends on your personal situation) You can pay back your unjust relatives and creditors.

Breakfast:
1. Grains porridge
Practice: black beans, red beans, soybeans, black rice, millet, kidney beans, lotus seeds, mung beans, safflower, blood glutinous rice, corn kernels and brown rice. This porridge is that you can put a handful of miscellaneous grains together to cook. Soybeans must be small, and don't eat too much during pregnancy, otherwise it will lead to breast pain. Coix seed is good, but don't eat it during pregnancy. It is said that it will lead to miscarriage. Soak the whole grain at dinner and put it in an electric casserole and cook it with slow fire before going to bed. You can drink it the next morning.
2. Millet porridge
Practice: millet, five or six red dates, a small amount of codonopsis pilosula, and a small amount of astragalus. Put these samples together and cook until they are thick. Ten minutes before cooking, you can add a handful of medlar. This porridge supplements qi and blood.
3. Five-grain soybean milk
Practice: whole grain soybean milk is the material of whole grain porridge. After the same soaking, put it into a soymilk machine to make soymilk. Now the soymilk machine is also very convenient, and some soymilk machines indicate that you don't need to soak your hair.
4. Red bean peanut porridge
Practice: red beans, black rice, red-skinned peanuts. These three foods are very blood-nourishing, so pregnant women can eat more, and they must be red-skinned peanuts, which has a good effect.
5. Vegetable noodles
Practice: mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, tofu, noodles. Wash all vegetables and cut into pieces, soak spinach separately, then put them together and pour them into the pot for frying. Boil the noodles with water and put them in a bowl. After the dishes are fried, pour them on the noodles to eat. The vegetables in this vegetable noodle can be matched with different dishes. Fungi are good things, so you must eat them often.
Step 6 harvest
Practice: Wash raw flowers, horseshoes, iron-stick yam (yam without iron-stick yam is also acceptable), sweet potatoes or purple potatoes, fresh corn, and raw flowers with shells. Wash horseshoes without peeling, and wash yam without peeling. Cut them into sections with potatoes and corn, and steam them all in a steamer. Generally, it will be cooked in 20 minutes. When eating, eat the horseshoe without skin, and don't eat the iron yam with the belt. It is said that nutrition is in the skin and beard. This can be served not only with porridge for breakfast, but also as a staple food for lunch or dinner.
I have eaten the above breakfasts, especially five-grain porridge and five-grain soybean milk for a long time, because vegetarian food and protein's intake are very important. If you are worried about protein's insufficient intake, you can buy edible yeast powder to supplement it. No yeast powder was added during pregnancy, only during lactation. In addition, you must add walnut powder and black sesame powder when drinking porridge. These two things are better absorbed when ground into powder. Eating more of these two things can promote the brain development of the fetus and make the baby's hair grow black and bright. I ate a lot during pregnancy, and with red peanuts, my daughter's hair is the best proof, especially when she was born black and long.
Breakfast must be finished before nine o'clock. Seven o'clock in the morning-nine o'clock is the best time for the intestine to absorb nutrients. However, health practitioners in China also suggest that eating breakfast after sunrise is good for melting food.
Lunch and dinner:
The focus of these two meals is five-color dishes. Five-color dishes refer to five-color dishes, red, white, black, green and yellow. For example, carrots, tomatoes, red peppers, cauliflower, white radish, tofu, water bamboo, taro or taro, kale and so on. Auricularia auricula, Lentinus edodes, eggplant, laver, purple orchid, broccoli, celery, green vegetables, green peppers, beans, kelp and yellow. Different colors of vegetables have different effects on the body. Matching dishes with colors is the easiest way. You can buy it in season. Do you want to be a vegetarian?
Lack of nutrition, the key is not picky eaters, not partial eclipse, eat everything. It is enough for everyone to mix according to this foundation. If you eat enough varieties and quantities, you will not lack nutrition.
Example 1: five-color vegetables: carrots, black fungus, celery, corn kernels, and dried tofu. Practice: peel and slice carrots, soak fungus to drain water, stir-fry carrots at high temperature (the nutrition of carrots must be played at high temperature), add black fungus, celery, corn kernels and dried tofu in turn, and add salt after stir-frying. Five-color dishes can be matched at will. I just gave an example. Five-color dishes are essential for every meal. Celery and seaweed should be eaten often, and calcium and iron are good. Celery fiber can also prevent constipation during pregnancy. The focus of vegetarian dishes is collocation. Here are some examples of dishes I often eat. The method is very simple, basically based on frying.
Example 2:
1. Porphyra and tomato soup: Porphyra and tomato. Slice the tomatoes and fry them, then add seaweed and cook them.
2. celery dried bean curd: celery+dried bean curd
3, pumpkin mushrooms: small pumpkins are hollowed out and steamed, and mushrooms are fried and served in small pumpkins. Don't single mushrooms, put all kinds of fungi together. )
4. Zizania latifolia: Zizania latifolia+red pepper+green pepper
5. celery fried fungus: celery+black fungus+red, green and yellow pepper
6. Cold celery and white radish: celery+white radish, shredded white radish, cooked celery, marinated with white radish, twisted out of water, seasoned with soy sauce and Chili powder sesame oil.
7, black fungus kelp: black fungus and kelp are cooked with water, picked up and drained, and seasoned with sesame oil, salt, vinegar and soy sauce.

You can also find many vegetarian recipes online. I recommend these to you. I found them online. These materials are easy to buy and find. The principle of our cooking is convenience, simplicity and no waste. These are what I often eat:
Fried tofu with tomato: one tomato, one tofu, one edamame, salt and ketchup. Practice: put the tomato sauce in a small bowl and dilute it with a little water. Wash tofu and cut it into small pieces, wash tomatoes and cut them into hob pieces, wash edamame for later use, and blanch tofu and edamame with boiling water respectively. Add a proper amount of oil to the wok, heat it, add ginger and garlic slices to stir fry until fragrant, then add tomato pieces to stir fry, finally add tofu to stir fry until cooked, add edamame and tomato sauce, stir fry with salt, and take out the pan.
Stir-fried celery with mushrooms Raw materials: mushrooms, celery, appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce Steps: sliced mushrooms, sliced celery obliquely. Blanch celery with boiling water and take it out for later use. Pour a little oil into the pot, add mushrooms and stir-fry slowly until the water comes out. Pour in oyster sauce and add a little sugar and salt. Add celery slices and stir-fry slightly.
Boiled broccoli
Practice: Wash the kale first and scrape off the root epidermis with a knife. Shred fresh ginger for later use. Blanch the washed Chinese kale with boiling water and take it out for later use. Heat the wok with a little peanut oil, add shredded ginger and stir-fry slightly. Add sugar, soy sauce and soy sauce, stir with a shovel, and simmer until you smell the fragrance. Pour the soup on the bottom of the plate, and then put the cabbage neatly on the plate.
Loofah and edamame soup
Ingredients: Luffa, fresh edamame, vegetarian chicken essence. Several practices: wash fresh edamame for later use; Wash the loofah and cut into pieces for later use. Winter melon and Flammulina velutipes soup
Ingredients: wax gourd, Flammulina velutipes, Undaria pinnatifida (or laver) and chicken essence (vegetarian soup) Practice: peel and slice wax gourd, wash Flammulina velutipes, put three bowls of water (750 ml) in the pot, add vegetarian soup after boiling, add wax gourd, Flammulina velutipes and Undaria pinnatifida, and cook for about 15 minutes.
Practice of Tofu Mixed with Tofu by Toona sinensis
Ingredients: Toona sinensis, tofu, salt, sesame oil. Practice: Boil a pot of water, add a little salt after the water boils, and add Chinese toon to blanch for a while. Cool the scalded Toona sinensis with clear water and cut into Toona sinensis powder. Dice tofu, sprinkle with Toona sinensis powder and season with salt and sesame oil.
Stir-fried Pickled mustard with Soybeans?
Ingredients: mustard, edamame, ginger, salt, vegetarian soup powder (which can be vegetarian chicken essence or mushroom essence) and appropriate amount of sugar. Practice: Wash and chop mustard, marinate with salt for half a day, (or blanch with boiling water, remove and chop), and cook edamame for later use; Heat a pan, pour oil, add shredded ginger and stir fry, add mustard and stir fry, take out, plate, cover and stew for a while; Add the cooked edamame kernel, (or add the fried shredded mushrooms, and the shredded red pepper will look better. ) Sprinkle with salt, broth and sugar, and mix well to serve.
Stir-fried horseshoe with water bamboo
Ingredients: water chestnut, water bamboo and small red pepper. Seasoning: vegetable oil, salt, mushroom essence, oil, vinegar, sugar, onion and ginger. Practice: Wash horseshoe, peel and dice; Wash and dice the water bamboo, dice the red pepper, and mince the onion and ginger. Light the pot and pour the oil. Add onion and Jiang Mo, stir-fry until fragrant. Add water chestnut, red pepper, diced water bamboo and salt, add a little sugar, vinegar and mushroom essence, stir-fry and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Healthy taro balls
Ingredients: Fenghua taro, sesame oil, a little Laoganma. Production: Peel the taro, cut it into small grains (the size doesn't matter, I think the smaller one is easier to cook), and steam the cut taro in the pot. Put the steamed taro into a fresh-keeping bag and knead until the taro paste. Rub it into the size of dumplings and put it on a plate. If it is cold, put it on and steam it for another two minutes. While steaming on high fire, make sauce: put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant, then add a little salt, a little Laoganma and a little sesame oil, stir fry a few times and pour them on steamed taro balls.
Zucchini cake
Ingredients: flour, tender zucchini, green vegetables, carrots, black pepper, vegetable oil, salt, mushroom essence and water. Practice: put a proper amount of flour, black pepper, salt and mushroom essence into the basin; Wash and dry tender zucchini, and shred; Shred carrots and vegetables with boiling water. Put shredded zucchini, carrots and vegetables into a salad bowl, and add some water while stirring. Until it is fully and evenly stirred, and becomes a thinner and flowable batter; Add a little oil to the pot, heat it, pour a spoonful of batter and fry it on low heat, turn it over and add a little oil and fry it on low heat.
Fried apples with brown sugar
Ingredients: 1-2 apples, brown sugar 2 spoon, water 1 spoon. Practice: Pour brown sugar and water into the pot and melt slowly. The sliced apples are still slowly "fried" on both sides with low fire; Directly fry until both sides are brown, and the apples are slightly dehydrated. This kind of dessert can be eaten by women after the physiological period. )
Vegetarian mothers can buy three kinds of oils, olive oil, sesame oil and linseed oil, when eating these vegetarian foods. Conditional, you can fry with olive oil. Unconditional, these three oils are mixed in a dish or porridge in turn, which is particularly good for your health. After the baby is born, if it is breastfeeding, don't break these three things. If you eat it, the children will eat it. When children can eat complementary food, they also take turns to add one or two drops to the complementary food.
The recipes during confinement are almost the same as usual, so pay more attention to soup!
In addition, pay attention to eating fruit during pregnancy. Fruit is also divided into warm, cold and cool, and neither hot nor cool is eaten. Feeding children is easier said than done, because there are children's physical problems. A child's physique depends entirely on his parents, especially his diet and health during pregnancy. For example, my daughter, because my father and I used to stay up late, has an internal heat constitution. Staying up late hurts the liver, and the child becomes an internal heat constitution, which is easy to get angry and constipation. Pay more attention to the diet. In addition, it is also very important for parents to recite scriptures for the fetus, which can help children eliminate congenital karma and potential unhealthy factors.
