Oil-free buns
Ingredients?
400g high-gluten flour, 2 eggs, 180g milk, 30g water, no less than 55g sugar, 8g salt, 8g yeast

How to make oil-free buns?
Knead the dough in a bread machine for 35 minutes
Put it into a plate and ferment until it doubles in size (the red mark indicates the original size)
After deflating the dough and kneading it into the desired shape, ferment it twice (put hot water in the lower layer of the oven and place the bread on the upper layer) for about an hour
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Add the risen bread and bake for 17 minutes.
