What causes frequent urination?
Frequent micturition is frequent micturition, which means that the frequency of micturition increases per unit time. Causes of frequent micturition include physiological micturition, which is normal because of drinking too much water, mental stress or cold climate. This frequent urination is characterized by a large amount of urine each time, without other symptoms such as dysuria and urgency. Pathological frequent micturition is complicated, which can be divided into the following situations: 1, frequent micturition and frequent micturition, but a lot of micturition each time, which is found in the polyuria period of diabetes, diabetes insipidus and acute renal failure; 2. Inflammatory frequent micturition, with frequent micturition and less urine output, accompanied by urgency and pain. Inflammatory cells can be seen in urine microscopy, which can be found in cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and paraurethral adenitis; 3. Neurogenic frequent micturition, frequent micturition with less urine volume each time, no urgency and pain, and no inflammatory cells in urine microscopy, which is found in central and peripheral neuropathy, such as neurogenic bladder; 4. Decreased urinary frequency, characterized by continuous frequent urination, which is difficult to be relieved by drug treatment, and the amount of urine per time is small, which can be seen in bladder contracture caused by bladder occupying lesions, enlarged pregnant uterus, bladder compression or bladder tuberculosis; 5, lesions around the urethral orifice, such as urethral orifice polyps, hymen umbrella and paraurethral gland cyst, stimulate the urethral orifice, causing frequent urination.
