Salty olives and mutton soup
Ingredients: 10 grams of Korean ginseng, 10 grams of skullcap, 10 grams of coix kernels, 5 grams of licorice, appropriate amount of salt, 2 salty olives, beef 400 grams of mutton and appropriate amount of coriander.
Method:
1. Blanch and wash the Chinese medicinal materials and salted olives, add 8 bowls of water and blanch until boiling, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
2. Strain the juice, remove the salted olive basket, cut it into small pieces and put it into the juice.
3. Cut the beef and mutton into small pieces, add the juice and stew until cooked; then add salt and coriander for seasoning.
Pork belly soup with olives
Ingredients: 1 pig belly, 20 green fruits, appropriate amounts of white rice vinegar, wheat flour and salt.
1. Wash the olives and set aside.
2. Wash the pig belly first, add salt, rub it for more than ten minutes, rinse it with cold water, then pour in rice wine and rub it for more than ten minutes, then rinse it with cold water.
3. Put the wheat flour prepared in advance into a dish with pork belly, knead for more than ten minutes, rinse with cold water and set aside.
4. Put water in the pot, put the pork belly into the pot and boil it. After more than ten minutes, pick it up and wash it.
5. Place the washed olives into the pig's belly that has been swept through the water, and tie the openings on both sides with cotton rope.
6. Put the tied pig belly into the stew pot and stew for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the cotton rope, cut the pig belly, pour in the green fruits, and cut the pig belly into small strips.
7. Pour the cut pork belly and green fruits into the stew pot again and simmer for another hour. Add salt and seasoning before eating.
Stewed lean pork with green olives and radish
Ingredients: 10 olives, 250g radish, 250g lean pork, ginger slices, 2 jujubes, appropriate amount of salt.
Method:
1. Wash the olives and cut them into two pieces from the middle with kitchen scissors. The soup will be more flavorful.
